Men's Reading Group
April 1, 2026 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
42078 Rubicon Cir, Temecula, CA 92591, USA
This semester our Men’s Reading Group will be reading Choose Better by T. David Gordon.
Most of us feel the weight of decision-making every day—choices about work, family, ministry, habits, and faithfulness. We often ask not simply what is permissible, but what is wise, what is fitting, and what is best. But how are Christians actually meant to reason our way toward better choices?
Historically, the church has emphasized five different approaches to ethical decision-making. In this short and accessible book, Gordon walks through each approach with clarity and charity, helping us see both their strengths and their limits. Along the way, he presses us toward greater maturity in judgment—learning not only to avoid sin, but to pursue faithfulness with wisdom and love.
This will be a thoughtful, practical read, and a great opportunity for honest discussion as brothers seeking to grow in discernment together.
This group meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening of the month at 7pm. Bring a libation to share and join us!
