But how does it do that? Why do some pieces of music manage to find us in our most tender moments, leaving us feeling so deeply known and completely seen? And how can something so small as a simple, wordless melody connect us to a story much older and far-reaching than we can imagine?
Join us as we explore the connection between music and our very humanity. As we set our gaze upon the beauty with which our Maker filled this earth, let us take a moment to “see with our ears” and be brought outside of ourselves into joyful delight in a God who saw fit to fill this world with song.

Food Theme: Prepare a dish which is a delight to your ears, whether in its making or in its consumption: something sizzling in a skillet or on a grill, crunchy vegetables, or crispy crusts. Or if it so behooves you, cook while listening to some music, and place a note by your dish to tell us what it was when you were creating your dish.
