Men’s Canoe Trip

This year we bring back the Providence Men’s (and their boys) Canoe Trip. We had a fantastic time last fall, and look forward to giving the opportunity to an even larger group this time around.

We will camp at Lake Mead outside of Boulder City, NV on Thursday, October 17th and launch from the Hoover Dam the following morning to spend 2 1/2 days on the Colorado River. We will start our days with devotions lead by one of our elders, and worship on the river Sunday morning. Our time will include canoeing, swimming, hikes, and plenty of eating! This is not an overly strenuous trip and the weather is usually nice this time of year, so join us! Check out the photos below from last year’s trip.

The cost of the trip is $175 ($75 for sons between 6 and 16 years old) and includes river permits, canoes, and basic meals while on the river. We will arrange car-pooling once we get a bit closer to launch date.

Spots are limited to 30 men and 10 boys, so register ASAP to join us!
